This work manifests itself in the aftermath of hurricanes and other disasters, where PCFI’s managing board has the expertise and capacity to respond effectively. PCFI Chairman Edwin Jones, owner of EJES, Inc., has a diverse portfolio, in-house multi-discipline professionals, and an integrated project delivery process that ensures each project can be efficiently estimated and constructed. This service operates in a competitive engineering and architectural firm environment, making it suitable for disaster management and monitoring services. Moreover, in the aftermath of disasters, EJES boasts extensive specialized experience and technical competence, including a) Hurricane Harvey, which devastated areas of Louisiana and Texas in 2017; b) Louisiana Severe Storms and Flooding in 2016; c) Hurricane Irma and Maria Puerto Rico Disaster Assessment in 2017 & 2018.
